Conceiving this work in progress, I continue to concentrate on the chromaticity of landscapes poisoned by water pollution.The images depict how the Sarno River and its tributaries are altered in their chromatic appearance, making them some of the most polluted waterways in Europe. The surface of the water exhibits varying colours—red, green, brown, and black—largely due to illegal dumping by local San Marzano tomato companies and tanneries.
